Laughable. What they were looking at was an abandoned nuclear research facility, not a "nuclear missile site."

More than likely, what was seen was a surveillance drone from the US or UK looking to understand Argentine nuclear progress. I'd expect regional powers like Brazil and Chile to be equally interested, but no South American nation would have had drone capability in 1995.
