Triangle pics from ISS

These photos were taken from the Space Shuttle (STS-61C?) over 35 years ago, not from the ISS recently. I remember seeing these photos at the time. There was no TR-3B then, and there isn't one now. Explanation was the object photographed was a piece of thermal tile that had broken loose.

If I can find something online to validate this, I'll post it here.

This article is from 2013 and shows the same photos. It also identifies them as from a space shuttle mission in 1986. I was looking for something more official, but this confirms their provenance and relates the NASA explanation of what was photographed.

It's actually a frozen Dorito that escaped during an EVA hatch opening.
