The XXXV was probably the number of where it was supposed to go when building a castle, lol. Could it be a builder's mark. Maybe got left behind and somehow got chosen to be special. There is probably some simple answer like that. I couldn't help but look at the two attached rings like it could have been used for some medieval imprisonment. They are obviously handles, but if you are not a monarchist it might give a different symbolic picture lol. Still, it is fun history and means a lot to the people of its country. I am looking forward to watching the historic coronation.
