The Box

I still remember the box when my parents bought a clothes drier and it came in a big playhouse box. I played in that thing until there was not much left of it. After that,t my Dad built me a playhouse. It was built just like a real house but scaled down to kid-size. It was 8' X 12" with three windows and a door that he cut down so it was only 5 1/2' tall. It was my "Big Box play house!"
 
The box! LOL I used to absolutely love a box to play in! So did my other 2 younger brothers. We'd cut a door and windows into it and play all kinds of games. Make a fort and have sock wars. Funny how silly it seems when we grow up. Kinda sad we can't enjoy simple things like that when we grow up. Something changes in our brains, and we don't see the enjoyment in that kinda stuff anymore. Ah, to be a child. LOL
That's because they just don't make big enough boxes these days. They had HUGE boxes when I was 6!
