When I was younger, it was very difficult not to get angry very quickly; it was mostly frustration when things or people weren't moving fast enough to suit me.I have taught myself to take a "pause", recite a Hail Mary, and take 3 deep breaths before allowing anything to cross my lips. Words are powerful things so I try to use them carefully, especially when angry. Sometimes I have to rinse and repeat this method! lol
