i thought that too, having seen body mods and other types of dermal piercings that was my first guess, but he said he then turned into a dog....sooooo, not sure even the best piercer can pull that mod off.....lol
I thought that too until I went back and re-read the dog part, the man turned into a collie. Very crazy strange if true! Two witnesses gives the sighting more credibility, also the fact that they both needed naps after the encounter. Sleepiness seems to be a common effect after some encounters according to other reports I've read or heard. I bet the lady driving didn't even know what was riding in the car with her.
