Ham.... I really don't care for turkey as the meal, but will have a turkey sandwich the next day or so.

I prefer Turkey to Ham and roast pork to both.Lobster and pork crackling are my two ultimate foods.Last Christmas I made a curry from the left over turkey,I was a bit dubious but was the best curry I've made.
