Definitely turkey.

Ham is for breakfast or sandwiches, or breakfast sandwiches. If I want some sort of pig meat for a main course it's going to be pork based rather than ham.

Every few years my wife and I got to the store a day or two after Thanksgiving and pick up a bunch of discounted frozen turkeys. These go in the chest freezer and we have turkey dinner sporadically throughout the year. Easter dinner? Turkey! Fourth of July weekend? Turkey! Don't feel like doing our "big" grocery shopping this weekend? Turkey!
