Concrete ship has been there for some time. The rail tracks...that was new one to me. I have worked on that same street and beach through the years. Next time, will have to check out the tracks. The water tower in background of both videos is part of the historical site as well. Also while hanging out briefly looking at concrete ship, you can usually get a glimpse of the world famous (probably not lol) Cape May Lewes Ferry.
