Very cool. The first thing I thought of were the UAVs over Guam a few years ago. Nothing indicates whatever was buzzing Kidd was flying at the fantastic speeds attributed to the Navy's TicTac and other UFOs. In fact, their performance was such that they apparently were going to try or did try to shoot them down with high powered NERF rifles. This sounds like UAVs, not UFOs.
Interesting to note they was a Hong Kong registered bulk carrier, the M/V Bass Strait, in the area and "somehow involved." There were Chinese merchant vessels off the coast of Guam when the mysterious drone appeared there as well.
