Yeah just the one brand Doritos but I like them

I keep mine simple, the way they were originally done. Chips, sliced jalapeño and cheese. Rather than have a huge platter full of chips I lay out all the chips flat and place one jalapeño slice on each one. Sometimes I even fry up the corn tortillas myself for homemade chips, just like Ignacio Anaya did all this years ago.

Though I love mine really loaded, I'm with Stevedog...the chips, the cheese, and the jalapeños are the most critical elements. Never hurts to have a really great tomato.
