NASA engineer reports 9 ft. Alien

He claims he saw this on footage from 1991 space mission and that it interacted with two astronauts. This is a former NASA engineer, so I ask...IS NASA COVERING THINGS UP?

I think NASA covers up lots of things. Nine foot aliens? If they had encountered such beings, I don't think they would tell us about it.
