Long-lost 18km Maya road discovered beneath the jungles of Mexico
Archaeologists spotted the road, which was once a major highway connecting two cities, using LiDAR scanning.

LIDAR is finding so many hidden ruins, such a wonderful tool. The video at the site is interesting and shows some close ups of the buildings there. It is only 13 min and quite interesting.
