I know that teenagers don't consider themselves to be kids, but they are, and this is wrong. What's wrong with letting our children grow up with just a smidgen of innocence left to them?

My son and DIL are working really hard to bring up the two little ones with that innocence you speak of, Surge. And it's really WORK to do that, let me tell you! TV is limited to what they record and approve of, without commercials. Music choices are screened, clothing is selected for age appropriateness, home schooled, and carefully selected fun stuff like Kung Fu, ballet, and Lego league. It's pretty much 24/7 to keep the bad stuff out of their world, and now we have the clothing industry to thank for putting another hurdle up for parents who would like to allow their kids to grow up before sexing them up.
