i go through Tenn twice a year on I40..........going to have to make sure i don't carry any cash

I have been through recently and travel through 3 or 4 times a month , they usually sit east of Memphis where the road goes back into a normal 4 lane Interstate and the speed limit changes to 70 mph for all vehicles , good thing is ......haven't seen them there for a while , hopefully the people spoke up and had them removed !
