The very interesting statement I see in this is:

Authorities believe the likelihood of terror attacks will continue as members of ISIS return from Iraq and Syria, as well as the threat from “unaffiliated persons” planning attacks inspired by major terrorist organizations.

Return? To the US? We're letting them in the doors?

Weasel words. "Entering" and "returning" are functionally indistinguishable. Plus, the drums of xenophobia are sounding loudly indeed right now. Something that both you and I, Debi, remember clearly from the late 1980's and early 1990's, I have a feeling. It is the same phenomenon.
