I'm with wands,5 with garlic potatoes.If on a wood BBQ, 2 as the smoke kills the blood flavour.I think its from cooking my own hunted wild meat,a bit dangerous to eat rare imo.

I'll go with a No. 2 ribeye, smoked and then reverse seared, along with a baked sweet potato and salad.

If it is good high-quality heavy beef ribeye or porterhouse I am sort of a cripple it and run it past me sort. I want it hot but past that I am not worried about a little blood. Number wise it would be a .25 to a .5. Take that same grade of beef and grind it up and I like what is called a cannibal sandwich. Hot raw ground beef with a horseradish sauce on TexasToast cooked in a toaster oven. I also like raw fresh fish and will sometimes eat them while I am cleaning them. Instant sashimi !!!

2 or 3, but the problem is 99 percent of the time when I order it that way it always ends up too rare or too done.
