Horned Werewolf?

This account was terribly written I have to discard it. The guy signed it CBD, which is a cannabis acronym too. I believe he was imbibing with his friends so I can't take him seriously. He starts out saying it was totally dark and then describes the moon being full. Later he comes back and says it could have been a guy in a mask. This guy just comes across as not believable in my opinion.
