Hawaiin Cattle Mutilation

I am curious if the Army base is the same my father was based before i was born.

Cattle mutilation is so far a topic i just can't wrap my head around. If people are doing this...what twisted/disturbed mind could even think of doing this and why? Even inserting extraterrestrial involvement...what sick and twisted off world mind would do this? If that is even the case...then there are screwed up 'people' EVERYWHERE. Quite disturbing to try to rationalize.

If he is unavailable to ask maybe a relative would know. I have never been there myself. There is an army base right next to an air force base.
