Depends on if the skinwalker just seriously had an epic sense of humor and a passion for photobombing. Like "Boom, photobomb" and then it's like "Oh I .. wow haha stupid me, I forget sometimes, killing hurts humans".

Looks like somebody's sister put on some ghost makeup and stood behind him. Actually, I see what Tia is talking about with the wood behind the kids head. Altered for sure
