I agree. It seems their system is very antiquated. I imagine a civilization that is years beyond our intelligence would be communicating in a much different capacity, and the their advanced methods are maybe not "backwards compatible" to something so basic as radio transmission.

I think a better way to look for life is to see if stars or some of celestial bodies have been manipulated for various purposes, like energy, or for bending space/time. I do like SETI though, I'll like them more if they produce a result ;)

Yeah, I really hope one day Seth gets that call at 3:00 a.m. saying he better get out of bed and come in! :D
 
Do you think that SETI has discovered alien life and is keeping it from us like NASA does?
