Being hung up on after I'd called the store and needed to discuss something with the manager. Business call.

Not exactly customer service, but I used to work for United Way (Red Cross) as a receptionist. I got all kinds of colorful types coming in, because we had homeless people needing shelter, people needing food, or just to sign up for CPR/First aid classes. At the moment, I can only remember one mildly amusing episode.
This woman had come in for help paying a utility bill. When she was turned away, she stopped at the front door and shouted, "That's it! I'm gonna complain to Human Relationships!"

We waited to laugh until she had left, of course.
