Biohazard Mummies?

The fact is, it isn't all that great for humans to be around dead bodies. They carry some nasty microbes. That being said, archaeologists and physical anthropologists who examine old mummies are supposed to know these things and take physical precautions to prevent diseases. It isn't like the bad old days in the 18th and 19th when Cosimo the Strong Man (a famous Egyptologist but mainly a treasure hunter) went rampaging thru shelves full of mummies looking for gold, and had his sinuses clogged with mummy dust. This, of course, before we had germ theory.
