I watched 2 days of G.O.T to catch up,also 1 day of Vikings for the same reason.I recommend the Vikings series as it portrays real characters in a bloody,historic and personal way with leading lady Lagertha(Katheryn Winnick) and leading guy Ragnar(Travis Fimmel) with one of Ragnars sons, Ivar The Boneless,supposedly the most feared and ruthless Viking in history played by Alex Hogh Anderson.I don't think many modern humans would survive their brutal lifestyle.

I have binge watched The Walking Dead, and Mad Men. I would recommend Mad Men if you like reminiscing about the 1960's!

I stayed up and watched the entire series of North and South. It was a long time ago. I recommend it. A young Patric Swazey was really good.
