It sounds like there is too much here to be a coincidence .I'm not saying that all things listed above can be attributed to one individual ,but it does seem to be more than random events. My thought on the shooting is that this was meant to be a message (warning) of some kind to Art .

I know you don't hear much from me, I get called out too often, but Art is guarded and will be as long as the truth is told

Well, I am very glad to have you come around, Sparrowhawk. Now, guarded is good, but finding and fixing the problem would be much better.
