May drag out the old crockpot and just use that this week. Peoria son has cooked himself into a wall and has frozen "meal ready" frozen dinners for us that he will be bringing when he comes in Sept. I have to clear a freezer. That way when we're not up to cooking, I can just zap a home cooked meal. I love that he is such a good cook, too!
