Did he say the Gettysburg photo "negative is classified"...looks like a tintype to me (no negative). Could also be a "collodion" wet plate photo which would have a negative plate.

Just made this analysis a few second ago. This is directly related to the new information Basiago just released. The new information is this new heavily photoshopped close up.
