hi critter, hope you are doing well today. are you still able to get the bike rides in?? it s in the 90's here now for the next 2 or 3 months. all strenuous activity will be done before daybreak...lol..... now is when I start looking forward to October.

I get my rides in. I am shifting to mornings. It's more humid, but the temps are much lower.
