Bob I thought about you today when I was grilling chicken. Hines came out with a new line of barbecue sauces. The Carolina mustard and the Carolina vinegar are really good. Found it on sale - pretty inexpensive and can go head-to-head with the $7 a bottle stuff. still got to give the edge to Guy Fieri's Carolina number 6.

I bought a second case of the Carolina No. 6. I love it.

My brother cut down a cherry tree and a maple so we have wood to put in the smoker.

Next weekend, if time allows, I have a small, eight pound ham, which I'm going to smoke. Never done pulled ham before, but I'll let you know how it turns out.
