Hi Kenny , welcome!
In the box where you typed your question-
To the right of the blue box that says'Post Reply' is a box marked 'Upload a File.' Press that.
Then a box is going to pop up at the bottom of the screen saying 'choose an action.'
It will give you three choices. Choose the one where your picture is located in your computer.
That should open up to where your picture is located. Click onto your picture and it should take you back to the Box where you are writing this.
It may take some time to load. It will offer you a choice of thumbnail or full size. Choose your action and the picture will show up in the dialog box. Then post reply.

Kenny, when you hover over one of those icons above the post area, it will tell you what action will take place if you click.
