Honestly this girl has got to stop it. I've sent her 2 emails-very nicely supporting her downward inflections to no avail. Art must be hearing her reportage. It is seriously messed up. It is so unnatural and stilted and completely neutralizes the sense of the line. Someone told her to lift the end of the sentence to keep the audiences interest. Instead of holding the line of thought till the end of the sentence thus keeping the energy of the sentence"up" she is just continually emphasizing the last word of every sentence for absolutely no?...reason?....
It really isn't getting any better.... Doesn't she have a BOSS?

Nope.Shutdown. I love the phrase "up talking".

I have decided I am voting for Amy Martin to be the new voice of SIRI

Doesn't work for me. My guess is that Jeopardy or the guest got to Sony.

Wow...can't believe they shut that down. Think Amy but 1000's worse. On the last word of every sentence she drew it oooooooouuuuutttt and inflected upward. Heard her on the show and about tore my hair out.

The up talker is an attorney. Betcha she's going to use some of those winnings to hire a voice coach when she gets home.
