The Bears won yesterday which is bad news because coach Nagy probably won't be fired. At least they don't let him call plays anymore. The guy comes off all humble but he's got an passive aggressive ego.

Just stiff and sore and still tired. And the bad shoulder flared up. But in the big picture I had to force myself to get in better shape !

Does it work on flies? Cuz that's what I've been chasing all dang day. One fly is driving me insane.
I have one pesky fly and too many ants. I think my spiders are on strike. Those guys are supposed to take care of those things for me and my two boys.
