I have a topical rub and I'm going to use the sling. That sling acts like a leash and keeps my arm from moving into painful positions.

Good you have a plan. The sling is a very good idea since you will try to automatically do some things you shouldn't with it.

Oh this morning I had a paranormal 15 seconds of fear.
I opened up the garage door with the clicker and then tossed it on the couch and when outside.
As soon as I get in the garage the door starts to close.:eek:
I think Little Jo pushed the button.:p

Almost done with housework
 
I've swept the floor done my laundry wrangled cows kept the fire going and I'm still doing dishes
