I did something stupid last week. A 3-day junk food binge. I really overdid it. Sugar and fat are not good for keeping arthritis under control. Too much acid and inflammation. Really paid for it this time.
Never again.

As one who deals with inflam on a regular basis, I agree that is NOT a good thing! Behave or pay is the key to that. Moderation, my friend. And I sure hope you feel better!
