Soup turned out great ! I put in some andouille sausage seasoned with cayenne and paprika to give it a little kick. Tons of fresh Bay Leaves and Thyme. Carrots and parsnips and celery. And two cans of diced tomatoes with garlic and oregano. Chicken breasts cubed and season with herb de Provence.
Little oyster crackers make it extra fancy !

I just went outside to check on something. It's 14 F degrees according to my porch thermometer. Brrrrrr.
