Did I get a sign from my mom today?

That's when my writing comes out and I get tons of characters come to me then. Ideas are easier for me but foot pain keeps me from doing the writing I did before. And husband home. Life changes. But that is a great idea. To do it in that state for our loved ones. Excellent. It does work too. As I'm about to go to sleep is when those characters pop out. I have to get up to write them down or they go just as fast as they come. It's less often now but I know if I started writing again, it would come out like that again for me. When I first started writing the story, I was amazed how a line of characters came out one after the other. I opened up a damn. Or dam. But it was unreal. So cool. No one I know was a writer in our family but someone had the gift. I got a smidgen of it. You are right on that relaxed state. Maybe I will think of my mom and dad then. Dad was the loudest when he past. Mom was quieter. Think they are at peace together now. Thanks. I feel for those that lose their loved ones too. Mine were my two best friends too. Only child. We were very close.
