Don't get caught up in the semantics, Lynne. Look at it as good against evil. I'm a wiccan, and I can still see Mary as the Goddess, and God as the Creator. It's all a matter of our human interpretations. Just go to ground level....good vs. evil.

Yes i was raised Catholic. They base their faith on traditon and the word of the pope besides the bib i had a problem with that personally.

And is there really, Cosmic Evil?

I never really believed in the necessity of it to explain anything that's ever happened in it. People alone are enough. And they aren't given nearly enough credit. Even in the comments section of you average newspaper site people will say "He's not human!" after a crime -but he is. And I feel denying his facet in it, disbelieving it leaves open more able to do the same or similar. He doesnt need to be something "else" in human flesh.

I feel most of the evil in the world, is caused by some unnecessary form of fearing. It takes great courage to do the right thing, and also to realize the thing that every man should fear is in fact, himself. If every person was committed to dying a hero (and like most of them, unnamed), by saving the whole world -not from terrorists, or aliens, but the one thing they OUGHT to have the most influence over -them. Now, while there are many people straight out of line, there are in fact people who really can have no control over themselves. But those are the few, compared to much larger numbers of people who willfully give it up to their base urges
