Wow....just wow. So sorry but glad you're a fast healer. Keep us posted on your recovery!

Maybe in the future it will be possible to grow a finger ...only had about 2 minutes to make a decision wether to amputate or save finger , when I gave my answer the hand surgeon said I had made the correct decision, no guarantee he could save it and if he did I would be in therapy every week for a very long time and it would be very painful , I work for myself so the decision was an easy one as opposed to working in an office and getting paid to have therapy! When I asked for a meat cleaver everyone just stared at me .....except the EMT's who burst out laughing , they were cool !

Wow, you have a lot more composure than I would have had. That must have hurt like H*ll. I've cut fingers deep enough for stitches and that was bad enough, but having to decide to take one off would be difficult for me.

Much better ,thanks ! I try to stay away from the drugs because of the strange feeling as it takes effect , dreams are very strange ,surreal !

Hi Debi , all will be well for me , I send my wishes to you and your husband to heal and to find the inner strength to recuperate , you are both in my thoughts . I am not religious , I believe in the power of the spirit within us .

Thanks BelleStar and thank you for the prayers . Lmodog was my dogs name and he was put to sleep 16th nov last year , I always use his name whenever I can , its my way of saying," thanks for being with me " .
