I'm waiting for a bit for the next "order" I try for. I did post earlier that Walmart has changed their hours again to even less. And they are now putting some limits on things as well.
I have been waiting to cook my corned beef brisket till I have all the components lol. I have given up. I can not get cabbage. So it will be just potatoes and carrots.

I think we are all just gonna have to work around things right now. I have the feeling we shall become pretty inventive over the next month or two with recipes!

Indeed. I will have to learn to make bread with all purpose flour. Even amazon doesn’t have any

For breadmachine, just cut back by a fourth to 1/3 cup or so for the normal recipe. Usually works.

Cut back on the amount of flour ? I use my hands. I do not like my machine. If anyone wants it I’ll send it to you.
 
Lynne , I bought another 4 weeks worth of meats and frozen veg.. Plus staples.
I also bought a 25 lb bag of dry cat food. Just as a just in case.
I needed fresh herbs for homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing and chimichurri. The only thing I could not find was fresh basil.:confused: but the grocery store and Sam's Club were packed with people but some staple items were really picked over.

Yup....reg. flour is simply heavier and denser than bread flour, so just cut back a bit. Let it rise longer too to lighten it some.
