A terrible tragedy. The sad thing is that 21 year old probably had no intention of killing anyone but made a stupid decision to drink and drive. She ruined her life too. So sad all the way around.

Absolutely is. Shame the creeps scamming GoFundMe are trying make money off of it. Unreal how despicable people can be.
