Mysterious Sea Creatures Attack Teen in Australia

although this is a couple of years old an Australian teen was attacked by these mysterious sea creatures
i guess the saying goes While it may seem small the ripple effects of small things is extraordinary.
what kind of sea creatures could the be his father caught some in a net aswell
i think they are a type of sea lice of some sort.
