I’m with you CatI'm not too picky as long as it doesn't have unconventional things on it like fruit or BBQ chicken. My favorite is my own homemade pizza with a mix of meat, cheeses, and veggies, either thin or thick crust.
I’ve never heard of a margaretta like that. We do that with Bloody Marys (a tomato juice drink ). People put a whole lunch on those.My Italian blood argues to keep it as traditional as possible (although I have enjoyed several hybrids lol). But I love a Margherita with diced ham chunks and some garlic on it . And an interesting thing about pizza, most places in Italy don't slice the pizzas. They give it to you as one single whole.
