Sometimes things fall by the wayside in life. This was something I recently pondered when I realized I hadn't read a good book in quite awhile. I used to read 2 books a week and suddenly I am reading nothing? What happened? Honestly, I'm not sure. Somewhere along the way I stopped reading for the sheer pleasure of it. Granted, I read a LOT just to find content for the forum, but I used to make time to just read for the story.
Decided to fix that! I got a new book just out from Dean Koontz, who is one of my favorite authors. Quicksilver is the name of it and I had no idea what it was about other than the short blurb on Amazon. First, I highly recommend the book. But I had to laugh as I've been reading it. Pretty sure Dean pulled the ideas for it right out of the forum headlines! lol
Have you let something fall by the wayside over the last few years? Think about adding it back in to your life.
