Wow, that's a huge leap. Just owning a certain breed gives them probable cause to search the house? For what? Granted a pitbull owner may have a propensity to own certain things, or be active in certain criminal acitvity, but that is profiling, and we're not supposed to be able to profile. Entering a home without a warrant only because of a dog breed, just not right.

Right, there should be more cause (and still a search warrant!!) than just the fact that someone owns a pit bull. There are plenty of people who own one and have never done anything wrong other than maybe have a speeding ticket.
