If the UFO is the small, round white object seen down and to the left of the moon, that's almost certainly a balloon. If looks like the DARPA mystery balloon that floated over the midwest a few years ago.

We had another balloon incident just a few months ago.
I got this high power shot through a telescope, which instantly de-bunked it.

I couldn't see were they got the 50-foot measurement either. I didn't see a video there just a pic of a white dot.

There was no immediate way to determine the diameter at Skinwalker, I think they just made up a number.
Since we got the UFO on two cameras, I told Travis to try and get an altitude estimate by triangulation, which would then give us a possible size range. I am unaware if they ever did that. it's possible that Travis and I were too close together for that to work.
