Traffic cam catches ghost?

Upon receiving notice that a traffic camera has caught them driving without their seat belts on, a family in India were astounded when they saw the photo included with the citation and noticed what appears to be a ghostly figure lingering behind the driver.

Very common in Eastern countries when telling ghost stories. Many times it will start with the taxi driver saying "I picked up a passenger which didn't look like there was anything wrong with them at first....."

That is a good one for sure being it was caught by a government camera. The person showing itself in the back seat looks bigger than it normally would being further back in the car. It is as big or bigger than the people in the front seat. It is clearly showing itself to the camera by placing its face in view to the side of the front seat person. It didn't look like an old lady at all to me but a middle-aged man. Very creepy and it makes me wonder who is riding along with all of us when we don't know it. I wonder if the kids sensed anything. I wish I could understand the language on the video. Perhaps it was a relative.
