Over at InternetArchive.org they have a web crawler called the wayback machine Internet Archive Wayback Machine I added midnightfans to its database, it's sort of like the smithsonian of the internet.
I didnt add any topics specifically you can add the page and while you browse the site each topic you read gets added to the wayback but I didn't want to do all that until I showed this to you. I must leave for work now. Thanks, Armand! I will go check that out!
And now we are dating ourselves, Michael! lolWayback was Sherman and Mr, Peabody's time machine. Cool name,
So I visited the site. Tell me a little more, Armand, how the crawler works and how it is used by others.Over at InternetArchive.org they have a web crawler called the wayback machine Internet Archive Wayback Machine I added midnightfans to its database, it's sort of like the smithsonian of the internet.
It's like a time capsule to visit pages that have been saved but no longer exist.. I meen ten years from now this site will still be there and you can take a trip down memory lane. Archive.org itself is a site where people upload files and share them but be careful, never dl anything I stream OTR (Old time radio) I have got viruses from down loading there twice, after that I decided not to trust the down loads because they allow anyone to upload files without filtering them. The wayback machine is safe and it is not a back door to hack the site. I have saved many sites I used in the past on there that no longer exist. So I visited the site.
