Seafood Day!

Not a seafood fan. So much so that I'll tell a lie to get out of eating it.
Remember this well meaning friend?, " I know you don't like it but you've never tried it the way I make it. "
The people who don't take no, politly. I say:
" I have a allergy - could seize up and you better have an epipen."

Not allergic. I like land animals and flying animals. And if I am in a jam I will just fill up on bread.

Which begs the question, are freshwater fish considered "Seafood"?
Typically, when we think of seafood we think of fish from the oceans. However, seafood is much more than that. According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), seafood encompasses all commercially obtained freshwater and saltwater fish, molluscan shellfish, and crustaceans.

Alright, perch boned and buttered, sauted. That's it.
During Lent I can do Long John Silvers. Mainly for the hushpuppies.

Pan-seared salmon, crab, lobster, shrimp, fresh trout, in that order.
I'll have one of each please. :) I like most seafood. If I had to pick one, I would select salmon. If I had to pick my favorite all time fish meal, it has to be trout that I caught in a stream and cooked that day.
