Random Advice from the PNF

Great advice so far and have me laughing this morning already. My advice for sanity as you grow older is to live in the moment as much as possible because looking back or forward too far is depressing and not good for your mental health. Next to stay prayed a lot.

In all seriousness, the two best pieces of advice I ever got came from one of my professors back in the late 70s. Amazing guy, he'd been part of the Underground in occupied Europe as a teenager. He had the scars, both physical and psychological, as reminders of what he lived through.

"Forgive and forget. The former is easier than the latter."

"Don't concern yourself with things you can't control."

The way the world is anymore, sadly there is at least one person (minimum) a day i find i'd love to get rid of lol. The sheer amount of will power to not do so is staggering ;bg2 Gold stars a plenty!
