Major bridge in Maryland collapses after being hit by a ship

Rescuers were searching for survivors after a ship collided with a pillar supporting a part of the Francis Scott Key Bridge, which carries Interstate 695 over the Patapsco River.

I heard about this right after it happened last night. Prayers to all of those involved in this horrible disaster. On seeing the video this morning, my first thought was of the Skyway Bridge in Florida when it went down and I see the people of Tampa have had the same reaction.
